- The need to eat healthy met our obsession with pastries, and Sydne's love of baking was born.

I have an obsession with all things bright, airy & romantic, and my taste in home decor is about the same!
I'm a total sucker for a great 'modern farmhouse', and hope we'll get to live in one someday. I wholeheartedly blame Joanna Gaines.
I LOVE bright colors, just as much as I love dreamy neutrals! It's a constant battle.

Sydne's design style
I fell in love with the power of the lens at age 12... And then my mom - my own Lorelai Gilmore - got sick when we were fresh out of high school. During a stretch of remission, she planned Joel & my wedding in 12 days. The day was perfect. Beautiful. Intimate.
Our only regret?
The photos, while cherished, are amateur. Worst of all, we don't have a single image WITH her that's worthy of a frame. And ALL of our family photos are blurred. Many of those loved ones are now in their heavanly home. That's devastating.
I do what I do so that you can hang onto these moments.

The days are sunny and 80, evenings filled with neighborhood barbecues, bounce houses for the kids, games and laughter.
Fresh mangoes, melon and local berries. Oversized salads, late night stops at the taco truck, and iced coffee on the greenbelt.
Weekends spent at weddings & on sessions with the most beautiful light of the year.
